On July 2, 2018, a thunderstorm occurred in the Val d'Anniviers in Valais.  The river Navizence overflowed in many places.
During this flood, the river, fed by melting glaciers, destroyed part of the valley. The damage was severe and intensified as far as the plain.
Today, two years after the disaster, the problems have not been fully resolved. Reconstruction and redevelopment costs are high and the work is not finished.
This work explores the natural impact of the incidents and the resulting social consequences, such as the inhabitants' relationship with nature.
